CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE PRODUCT “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULT.” SELLER MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY (a) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (b) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; or (c) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IS HAS NOT RELIED UPON ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY MADE BY SELLER, OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY ON SELLER’S BEHALF.
SELLER MAY PROVIDE PRODUCT INFORMATION, INCLUDING TECHNICAL INFORMATION, SPECIFICATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS, LITERATURE, AND OTHER MATERIALS FOR CUSTOMER’S CONVENIENCE. THE ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF PRODUCT INFORMATION IS NOT GUARANTEED AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING AND SELECTING THE PRODUCT AND DETERMINING WHETHER THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR CUSTOMER’S PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY HARM CAUSED BY CUSTOMER’S USE OF THIS PRODUCT IN ANY MANNER
SERVICES
Through the Website, you can obtain information about our services, request a quotation through our Instant Quote online quoting tool, place orders for services or products, and receive such other services as we may offer from time to time (collectively the “Services”). Your access to and use of the Services are subject to the following order terms and conditions ("Order Terms and Conditions") and all applicable laws.
YOUR CONSENT
Please take a few minutes to review these Order Terms and Conditions before using the Website. Your use of the Website is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Order Terms and Conditions, the Online Privacy Policy, the Instant Quote and Terms and Conditions and other notices and “click through” agreements that we may establish and post from time to time, all of which are hereby incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Order Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Order Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Services.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Order Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, by posting any such revised version of these Order Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Service after we have posted the revised Order Terms and Conditions constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Order Terms and Conditions.
OWNERSHIP OF YOUR MODELS
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit the design, drawing, model or prototype (“Model”) to use through the Website for the purpose of obtaining Services. You hereby grant 3D Printing Outpost a non-exclusive, transferable license to print, copy, modify, and use each Model that you submit through the Website solely for the purpose of providing the Services you have requested.
In the event that You modify contact information related to a Model, You further agree that you: a) are authorized or have authorized a person to modify contact information; b) have accurately entered all such contact information; c) You are solely responsible for the consequences of any errors in the entry of contact information; and d) You are solely responsible for all use of this website by anyone you designate to have access to such Models, including any changes made to Models.
QUOTE
AN QUOTE, NOT A CONTRACT FOR SERVICES. The summary of the quote (provided to you) is furnished by 3D Printing Outpost as a good faith estimate of work to be performed and is based on our evaluation and does not include material price increases or additional labor and materials which may be required should unforeseen problems arise after the work has started. You agree and understand that the final cost of the work may differ from the Quote, perhaps materially. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF THE SERVICE, OR FINAL PRICE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED. You agree and authorize the work as summarized on the quote terms, and you agree to pay the full amount of the final-invoice amount for all work performed.
PAYMENT
All prices and amounts shown are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. All prices set forth and stated herein are based on current costs and subject to change without notice and payment amounts and other terms may be subject to additional agreements between you and 3D Printing Outpost. If a you submit an order to purchase the Service, the you agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping/handling fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by you with an approved payment method.
Production of the Service ordered is subject to these order terms outlined below in here, and will not begin until an order is fully paid, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable except where 3D Printing Outpost has explicitly agreed to special delayed payment terms (e.g. Net 30) prior to placing an order. If you have delayed payment agreements with 3D Printing Outpost, you are required to provide payment in accordance with the terms of their applicable payment agreement(s).
Once your Model file(s) associated with an order have been submitted, the order will be "In Production" and no changes will be allowed to the print files, job characteristics, or 3D printing turnaround time. After an order is In Production, the entire amount of the order along with applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees shall be deemed fully paid and non-refundable, except as provided for in the Return & Refund Policy below. Additional Service Fees, Shipping Costs and USPS Postal Costs are non-refundable. Except as provided for in the Return & Refund Policy below, any payment received from the you shall be deemed fully paid to 3D Printing Outpost and non-refundable at a rate of twenty percent (20%) for each calendar month that has passed since the date of the you's initial submission or date of payment, whichever is earlier, even where the 3D print job never reaches the "In Production" or shipment phase due to no fault of 3D Printing Outpost (e.g. you fails to respond to a request of approval of modified 3D print job, you fails to provide information to complete the 3D print job or shipment, you otherwise fails to cancel your order prior to reaching the "In Production" phase, etc.).
ORDER CANCELLATION
SINCE EACH ORDER IS CUSTOM MANUFACTURED, YOU MAY NOT CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED.
CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel your submitted order by notice to you if you breach any obligation thereunder, or in the event we have unforeseeable and unsolvable 3D printing process issues, or technical print machine issues. In addition, we may cancel your order by notice to you without cause at any time prior to delivery of your finished piece, or completion of the requested service. We will fully refund you in the case of a cancellation, that we initiated.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At 3D Printing Outpost, we strive to provide you with the best possible 3D printing experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department. All policies are subject to change without prior notification.
Refund Policy:
In the event that a you cancels an order prior to the “In Production” status, then the you will, upon request, receive a refund proportional to the time period between the date of the you’s payment and the cancellation date (see grid below). Once the order moves to “In Production” status all refunds are at 3D Printing Outpost’s sole discretion.

In the event an order has multiple items and some items of an order have been fulfilled, the eligible refund amount will be reduced by the value of the item fulfilled, the sales tax associated with that fulfilled item and any shipping fees associated with that fulfilled item.
Return Policy:
Please keep in mind that there are certain unavoidable defects naturally occurring in the 3D printing process of your choice. Those include but are not limited to: separated layers, inconsistent extrusion, edges lifting off from the plate, object is too thin in certain areas, melted points on the print, shift in layers, stringing, and 3D prints can end up with melted blobs or spots. Those may vary from the 3D printing process chosen. Since those are defects, that are unavoidable and part of the naturally occurring defects of the printing process, these then are not deemed as defects by 3D Printing Outpost.
If a final 3D printed piece that has been deemed defective by 3D Printing Outpost, may be reprinted and sent to you at no cost to you. Determination of defect is at the sole discretion of 3D Printing Outpost. In most cases, yous will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or ship the defective products back to customer service. Free expedited reprint on any orders lost in transit is limited to orders less than or equal to $250. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity and manager's discretion.
All complaints must be registered within 3 days of receipt of your final 3D printed piece.
FINAL PRODUCT WARNINGS
WARNING: USE FINAL 3D PRINTED PIECE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Please make sure to use the final 3D printed piece manufactured by 3D Printing Outpost at your own risk. It does not matter what the process was that created the final 3D piece, all of them are hazardous in some way or another, therefore handle at your own risk. If you not want to take the risk, do not accept the shipment or handing over of the 3D printed final piece.
WARNING: THE FINAL 3D PRINTED PIECE DOES NOT COME WITH ANY WARRANTY
Please make note that the final piece you receive from the Service we provide will have no implied warranty, and no warranty what so ever.
WARNING: HAZARDOUS FINAL 3D PRINTED PIECE
The chemicals in final 3D printed resin pieces can affect your health when they come in contact with your skin, or if they evaporate or form a mist or dust in the air you breathe. The main effects of overexposure are irritation of the eyes, nose, throat, and skin, skin allergies, and asthma.
The final 3D printed resin pieces are not food safe, or safe for prolonged contact such as a wearable. The surfaces of cured resin prints is microscopically uneven, which provides an opportunity for bacteria, mold, and other harmful pathogens to enter and thrive. And post-cured resin materials may still contain microscopic toxic substances that can leach into food or beverages, posing health risks if ingested. Therefore, it is also crucial to refrain from using 3D printed resin objects for food and drink contact. A fully cured resin print is still mildly hazardous for normal handling, therefore do not give any resin printed object to a small child who still puts things in their mouths, or still sucks their thumb after handling their toys.
WARNING: CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING OF FINAL 3D PRINTED PIECE
The final 3D printed piece provided by 3D Printing Outpost, regardless of any of the printing processes or any Service ordered, contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information please visit www.P65warnings.ca.gov
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall 3D Printing Outpost be liable for any accident, harm, hazard, defective design, defective manufacturing, or defective marketing, failure to warn, property damage, or any other illness or damage resulting from the Service or final printed piece. The final 3D printed pieces shall be considered an inherently unsafe product, as they have not undergone rigorous safety and stress testing, and therefore handled at the customer at their own risk.
3D Printing Outpost makes no warranty to Customer under these Terms and expressly disclaims any and all warranties, implied or express, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, warranty of non-infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party, warranty of fitness for any particular purpose and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
In no case is 3D Printing Outpost liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific Service or final 3D printed piece. 3D Printing Outpost is also not liable for returned mail pieces that are undeliverable for any reason. ALL PURCHASES OR SALES ARE SUBJECT TO THE INDEMNITIFCATION, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION TERMS ABOVE.
PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you dispute any charge that is made to your credit/debit card, you agree that 3D Printing Outpost may authorize a thirdparty vendor to handle and seek to resolve such dispute on 3D Printing Outpost’s behalf, which may include 3D Printing Outpost providing vendor with the following information: your name, physical address, email address, phone number and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit/debit card number. You agree that 3D Printing Outpost may provide such information to the third-party vendor and that the third-party vendor may further disclose that information to your credit/debit card company, the bank issuing the credit/debit card and 3D Printing Outpost’s merchant processing company for the purpose of resolving the dispute. 3D Printing Outpost will endeavor to have the third party vendor agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
If you dispute valid charges made by 3D Printing Outpost to your credit/debit card and your dispute is subsequently found to be fraudulent, you agree to reimburse 3D Printing Outposts expenses, including bank’s and attorney’s fees incurred in connection with resolving the dispute.
SALES TAX
3D Printing Outpost charges sales tax on orders picked-up from or shipped-to-addresses in accordance with state and local regulations unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, you need to send or fax to us your tax exemption certificate. If, after the you has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the you must promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority or immediately reimburse the provider for any additional taxes paid.
PROMOTIONAL AND REFERRAL CODES
3D Printing Outpost may offer certain promotional codes, referral codes or similar promotional coupons ("Promotional Codes") that may be redeemed for discounts, or other features or benefits related to the Site, subject to any additional terms that 3D Printing Outpost wishes. You agree that Promotional Codes: (a) must be used in a lawful manner; (b) must be used for the intended audience and purpose; (c) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public forum, coupon collecting service, or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by 3D Printing Outpost; (d) may be disabled or have additional conditions applied to them by 3D Printing Outpost at any time for any reason without liability to 3D Printing Outpost; (e) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that 3D Printing Outpost establishes for such Promotional Code; (f) are not valid for cash or other credits or points offered via the Site; and (g) may expire prior to your use.
